There you are, sitting in your home, 

Whole family is around but crying alone. 

Music is not helping and nor does game, 

You feel everything is going bad and only you're to blame. 

Don't have a reason to smile or eat, 

Want to kill yourself and all the memories to delete. 

That's the point where you have to stop, 

And wonder about your negative thoughts. 

Why do you think you have no one, 

Face yourself, you don't have to run. 

It's okay to feel this way, 

You're just having a bad day. 

It can last longer, may be a month or year, 

But I promise it won't last forever, my dear. 

There are people who care for you, 

Why to focus on those who make you feel blue. 

Sometimes we need little things to smile and be thankful for, 

Colourful flowers in the backyard or that puppy on the road you adore. 

You might be having the biggest problem of life, 

But someone somewhere might be having bigger than yours, as these things are rife. 

Pause for that moment, when you think of doing something bad, 

And remember the days for which you were glad. 

Your life is important not just for your family but also this universe, 

This earth has nurtured you,so it's not yours to take but her's.
